FELINOLOGY IS PROUD TO PRESENT TICA EUROPE WEST'S REGIONAL SHOW AND BANQUET,
CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF TICA IN THE UK
The show will be an 11 All Breed Back-to-Back show with 2 Congresses, judged by Pascal Remy on Sunday. The show takes place in the Bloxwich Leisure Centre in West Midlands. We are delighted to welcome our International Judges from the USA and Europe

The show will open on 30th August 2024 and will be accepting entries until 27th October 2024.
Male and Female congresses will be open for all non supreme cats. All eligible entries will be entered in the congress automatically by the TOES system.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment is to be made STRICTLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ENTRY TO TOES, unless any prior arrangements have been made with the Show Manager. Should the entries be done but payments are not received by the corresponding deadlines, the prices will be reverted to next tiered pricing. A placeholder is an entry!
Payment is via BACS transfer. Lloyds Bank, Sort code: 30-95-89 Account no: 10832768 Account Name: Miss Joanna K Bell or contact the Show Manager for alternative payment methods if necessary. We prefer not to use PayPal for this show, however if any payments are made with this method they are strictly Friends and Family only, or the additional Paypal fees will be charged to you. It is your liability as an exhibitor to ensure you make payment to the correct account, the Show Team cannot be held responsible for payments to incorrect accounts.

PLEASE NOTE, ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED AND CLICKED ON THE BOX WHICH SAYS YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TICA RULES, YOUR ENTRY IS BINDING AND MUST BE PAID FOR. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT ON YOU BEING PLACED ON THE BAD DEBTORS LIST.
CATALOGUE
Electronic copies of the catalogue will be emailed 2 days prior to show. Printed catalogues will be available at £5 each, please request this when booking on TOES in your notes.
PARKING
Parking is available at the show hall in the Bloxwich Leisure Centre. Parking is free.
SHOW HOURS
Check-In Saturday 08.00am – 09.00am
Check-In Sunday 08.30am – 09.00am
Show starts at 9.30am both days and is open for visitors 10.00am – 4.00pm
Show hours for exhibitors are 08.00am – 5.00pm or until the show is complete. If for any reason you need to leave early, please speak with the Show Managers before doing so. Please arrive timeously as we do not want to hold up the start of the show. If you are running late, please let the Show Managers know, though we cannot promise to hold show opening until your arrival.
REGIONAL BANQUET DETAILS
After the show on 2nd November 2024 at 7.00pm, we will be holding Europe West Regional Banquet at Walsall FC – The Venue, Poundland Bescot Stadium, Bescot Cresent, Walsall, WS1 4SA in the Albert McPherson Lounge. There will be a free parking for us.

All bookings for the Awards dinner must be completed by the 21st October 2024. Please make your payment on booking. The venue has a limit of 120 guests per dinner, so please don't leave it too late.
MEET THE BREEDS
We will be hosting a Meet the Breeds, so we would love to have as many different breeds of cats as possible for the weekend. It is the perfect time to showcase your breed and what is so special about them to the Public. Please contact us if you are happy to take part in Meet the Breeds and leave a note in your entry on TOES.
NEW EXHIBITORS
Felinology delights in welcoming New Exhibitors, we are a friendly Team and will make sure your day is extra special and you understand what is required. Please let us know when you enter if this is your first show and we can bench you with a more seasoned exhibitor to show you the ropes. The Show team is also available prior to the show and on the day to assist with any queries you might have. Don’t be shy, we were all new once.
We will hold a NEW EXHIBITORS CHAT in a ring on both Saturday and Sunday where a Judge will explain the rules and show etiquette to you. The names of the judges who will run these rings will be posted in your exhibitor email, which you will receive before the show.
JUNIOR EXHIBITORS
There will be a Junior Exhibitor ring held at this show. All current junior exhibitors who wish to take part in JE ring, please notify Regional Liaison ASAP, the latest time for applying is 2 weeks the show date – 19th October 2024.

THIS IS A “BRING YOUR OWN CAGE” SHOW
There will be limited benching cages available. Please contact the Show Team, should you require one. The cost is £30.00 for the weekend. Easy, affordable tents/cages are available on Amazon, via Sturdi or Desire More. Please let us know in your notes if you require a metal pen. Please note that the space allocated for you is the standard double space which is 4ft x 2ft and under TICA Rules, 1 double space can accommodate 2 Adult Cats; or 1 Adult Cat and 2 Kittens; or 4 kittens. The entry clerk will add additional spaces to your entry if required in order to meet the rules and charge the applicable fees. Non standard double space pens will have applicable fees applied to cover extra benching space required.
This is a Non-Vetted show
All entries are to be free from contagious disease, and ALL Vaccinations must be up to date. Vaccination cards must be presented during Check in. Any entry showing signs of contagious illness, parasites, fungus or cats from homes exhibiting any signs of infectious or contagious disease in the prior 21 days are ineligible for entry or competition.
Cats which are pregnant or lactating will be disqualified. Cats may NOT be kept in the show hall overnight. All HHP’s eight (8) months of age or older MUST be altered. All claws must be clipped prior to judging. Kittens aged between 3-4 Calendar Months are permitted into the Show Hall for Exhibition only. Kitten Class for Judging begins at 4 Calendar Months.
SUPPLIES
Bring your own benching cage, cat food, litter and litter trays, food/water bowls and bags to remove your refuse in.
CATERING
There is a full service café in the venue open all day with light meals, snacks, and refreshments.
ACCOMODATION
There is no official Show Hotel, but there are many excellent venues in the local area which accommodate pets. Please ensure your rooms are left clean and tidy or we as an organisation will be at risk of losing suitable accommodation for future shows.

We are still looking for couple of ring clerks, Please let the show team know should you wish to clerk.
SHOW RULES
This show is licensed and scored by TICA (The International Cat Association) and is subject to their show rules and breed standards. All exhibitors agree by entering to abide by the decisions of the show management and judges, A copy of all show rules is available from the TICA executive office, PO Box 2684, Harlingen, Texas 78551 or online. No kittens 3 months of age or younger will be permitted in the show hall. Proof of age and TICA litter registration must be available.
REGISTRATION
Except for cats competing in the Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed, and New Traits classes, and Korats registration with TICA is not required to compete. However, to be scored for TICA titles and Regional/International awards, all cats except HHP kittens must be registered by their second show. Effective May 1, 2019, owners of unregistered cats, kittens and alters must prove eligibility to be registered. Acceptable documentation includes TICA litter registrations, pedigrees, or registration documents from another organization. Copies of this documentation MUST be entered on TOES. AWARDS
Awards will be awarded in accordance with TICA Show Rules. This show is scored for TICA Regional and International awards.
LIABILITY
Felinology, its individual members, Bloxwich Leisure Centre, High Street, Bloxwich, Wallsall, WS3 2DA, TICA will not be held liable for any loss or accident to spectators, exhibitors, cats or personal property.
